SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Phoenix Sky ships all packages via USPS to ensure your orders are delivered safely and it a timely fashion. We ship anywhere in the world using USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. The timeframe is dependent upon the order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Atlanta, GA. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Overnight shipping is available upon request.
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Although we try our best to deliver your items in a speedy fashion, Phoenix Sky does not guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above are estimated. You may track your order at anytime using the USPS Tracking number Phoenix Sky sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please Note: Phoenix Sky is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with Phoenix Sky you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.
If you reside in the Metro Atlanta area, and would like to avoid shipping fees, choose "local pickup" during checkout, and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Orders using/exercising this option, must be placed by Thursday at 6pm. Pick up will be scheduled every Friday, between the hours of 6pm - 8pm (in the downtown Atlanta area). Orders must be placed online, and payment must be processed, prior to pickup.
If you're not completely obsessed with your purchase, it's totally fine!!!!! You have 3 days from receipt of your item to contact us and request a store credit. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and your reason for returning. (*please allow 48 hours for a return authorization email).
Once you receive your return authorization email, head to your favorite shipping carrier and send the item(s) back to us. You will need to purchase a shipping label. Phoenix Sky is not responsible for shipping cost.
